What BrainAnvil is

BrainAnvil is a brain-training game with 7 games covering memory and focus, working memory, logic, words, math, and visual thinking. An optional subscription, BrainAnvil Pro, unlocks additional difficulty levels, full progress history, custom challenges, and a custom reminder time. This policy explains what data the app handles.

Data stored only on your device

• Gameplay data (scores, bests, streaks, achievements, adaptive levels, your challenge, and settings) is stored only on your device using the device's local storage. It is never transmitted to us or to any third party.
• Accounts: the app does not require an account and has no login.
• No analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, no tracking. The app does not track you across apps or websites, and it shows no ads.

Subscriptions and purchases (BrainAnvil Pro)

If you choose to subscribe to BrainAnvil Pro:

• Payment is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see or store your payment card details.
• RevenueCat, the service provider we use to manage subscriptions, receives your purchase history (which product you bought, when, and its renewal status) and an anonymous app user ID generated for your install. This is used only to validate your subscription and let you restore it on a device signed into the same Apple or Google account.
• This purchase data is not sold, is not used for advertising or tracking, and is not combined with any identity we hold — we hold none, because the app has no accounts.
• RevenueCat's own handling of this data is described in the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.

You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple or Google account settings; cancelling stops future renewals and Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.

Reminders (when enabled)

Daily reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device by the app itself. No notification tokens are created, no server is involved, and nothing about your reminders leaves your device.

Data deletion

Gameplay data lives only on your device: deleting the app permanently deletes it. Purchase records are held by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat under their own policies and retention rules; you can review your purchase history in your store account. If you contact us at support@playbrainanvil.com, we will confirm these details in writing.

Children

BrainAnvil is a general-audience game. We collect no personal data from anyone, including children under 13. Purchases can only be made through an adult's Apple or Google account.

Changes to this policy

If the app's data practices change (for example, if accounts or cloud sync are added in a future version), this policy will be updated and the app's store listing will reflect the change before it ships.
